针对管式皮带机头尾液压马达双驱式设计中表现出的头尾部驱动不同步的问题,通过确定头尾部油压比例区间,设计头尾部油压比例自调程序,以及设定Spider控制系统速度反馈PID调节功能等方式,实现了头尾部油压比例的自动调整,有效地提升了头尾部驱动系统的同步性。
針對管式皮帶機頭尾液壓馬達雙驅式設計中錶現齣的頭尾部驅動不同步的問題,通過確定頭尾部油壓比例區間,設計頭尾部油壓比例自調程序,以及設定Spider控製繫統速度反饋PID調節功能等方式,實現瞭頭尾部油壓比例的自動調整,有效地提升瞭頭尾部驅動繫統的同步性。

Focused on the tubular belt conveyors head and tail hydraulic motor dual-drive exhibited design of head and tail drive not synchronized problem,by determining the oil pressure ratio range of the head and tail part,the head and tail oil pressure propor-tional adjusting procedure was designed,and the Spider control system of speed feedback proportional integration and differential (PID)method of adjusting functions were set. It realizes the automatic adjustment of head and tail oil ratio and effectively improves the synchronization head and tail drive system.
