As the key component in high pressure common rail fuel injection system,the main structural parameters of electrical-controlled injector affects obviously the response characteristics of fuel injection system. The main structural parameters of electrical-controlled injector were simulated with AMESim software,and their effects on fuel injection progress were analyzed. The conclusions can be used in electrical-controlled injector design and optimization.
