为了验证新型起升方式的可行性,为工程应用提供一定的依据。介绍了系统的工作原理,规划了新型起升过程,运用AMESim软件对系统进行了仿真研究。利用虚拟仪器技术对系统进行了实验论证,对虚拟仪器的硬件进行了选型,用LabVIEW软件编写了控制和检测程序。通过仿真分析和实验验证得出新型起升方式是可行的。

In order to verify the feasibility of a new lifting way,a basis for engineering applications was provided. The systems working principle was described and the layout of the process of lifting was designed. Simulation of the system was studied using the AMESim software. The system was demonstrated with experiment using the virtual instrument technology,the hardware of virtual instru-ment was selected,and the control and testing programs were written using the LabVIEW software. The feasibility of the new lifting way is obtained through simulation analysis and experimental verification.
