对高速电主轴主轴支撑方案进行分析,提出在高转速、大负荷工况下,水润滑动静压滑动轴承是一种可行的主轴支撑解决方案;并从提高主轴刚度、阻尼和回转精度等角度出发,选择了两种可用于水润滑的轴承的匹配材质,为电主轴主轴支撑设计提供参考。

The high-speed electric spindle supporting schemes were analyzed. At high speed,high load conditions,water lubri-cated hydrostatic bearing was put forward as a kind of feasible spindle support solution. In order to improve the stiffness,damping and spindle rotary precision,two kinds of matching materials were chosen for water lubricated bearing. It provides reference for electrical spindle supporting design.
