The significance of removing sand in high pressure multiple control valves used for hydraulic excavator in construction machinery was expounded. Through analysis of the existing sand removal technology,a technology process from casting→polishing→shock sand removing → shot blast→medium pressure gas blowing→machining→flushing was worked out. It is applied perfectly in actual production.
