介绍了基于 PID 单闭环直流调速系统的设计方法。系统选用 STC89C52单片机为控制器,并在此基础上完成了硬件设计。利用脉宽调制技术,解决直流调速系统中调节时间长、抗干扰能力差等问题,实现了对直流电机速度的控制。实验结果表明,该系统具有良好的动静态性能,对负载的变化具有较强的鲁棒性。
介紹瞭基于 PID 單閉環直流調速繫統的設計方法。繫統選用 STC89C52單片機為控製器,併在此基礎上完成瞭硬件設計。利用脈寬調製技術,解決直流調速繫統中調節時間長、抗榦擾能力差等問題,實現瞭對直流電機速度的控製。實驗結果錶明,該繫統具有良好的動靜態性能,對負載的變化具有較彊的魯棒性。

The design method of single closed loop DC motor speed control system based on the algorithm of PID is intro-duced in this paper . In order to solve the problem of long adjustment time and the poor anti-interference in the DC speed control system , MCU STC89C52 was selected as the controller; the hardware of the system has been designed ultimately . In this paper , the pulse width modulation ( PWM ) technique is used to realize the DC motor speed control . The experimental results show that , the con-trol system has good dynamic and static performance , and has the strong robustness to load changes .
