In this paper,the research status and the existing problems of screw compressor rotor processing and equipping technology were comprehensive reviewed.Screw rotor with sharp point profile-unilateral asymmetric cycloid arc screw realized hobbing machining was figured out,and the key technical problems of the hobbing tooth equipment were studied,meanwhile,the re-search status and the existing problems of screw compressor rotor processing technology were analyzed and researched.
