采用菌丝生长速率法进行氟酰胺对草坪褐斑病菌的室内毒力测定,结果表明,氟酰胺对草坪褐斑病菌菌丝生长有很好的抑制作用,EC50为0.0148mg/kg。田间药效试验结果表明,20%氟酰胺WP 270~375g a.i./hm2对草坪褐斑病有很好的防治效果,防效达84.73%~88.52%。该药剂对草坪草安全,可以广泛用于草坪褐斑病的防治。
採用菌絲生長速率法進行氟酰胺對草坪褐斑病菌的室內毒力測定,結果錶明,氟酰胺對草坪褐斑病菌菌絲生長有很好的抑製作用,EC50為0.0148mg/kg。田間藥效試驗結果錶明,20%氟酰胺WP 270~375g a.i./hm2對草坪褐斑病有很好的防治效果,防效達84.73%~88.52%。該藥劑對草坪草安全,可以廣汎用于草坪褐斑病的防治。
채용균사생장속솔법진행불선알대초평갈반병균적실내독력측정,결과표명,불선알대초평갈반병균균사생장유흔호적억제작용,EC50위0.0148mg/kg。전간약효시험결과표명,20%불선알WP 270~375g a.i./hm2대초평갈반병유흔호적방치효과,방효체84.73%~88.52%。해약제대초평초안전,가이엄범용우초평갈반병적방치。
The toxicity of Flutolanil 20% WP against Lawn Brown patch were measured by investigating growth ve-locity in PSA culture media,the result showed Flutolanil had good efficiency,and the EC50 value was 0.014 8mg/kg. The result of field efficacy trials showed that Flutolanil 20% WP has very good control efficiency of Lawn Brown patch and without damage,as well as the control effects was 84.73%~88.52% when the treatment was 270 to 375g a.i./hm2.
