拟步甲(Tenebrionidae)是鞘翅目的一个较大的类群,全球已知12个亚科100多族1500多属约25000种,我国已知9亚科45族280余属近1300种。实验利用18SrDNA基因片段序列对拟步甲科的部分种进行系统发育分析,并对靶序列进行排序、比较、分析,计算核苷酸组成、变异位点和DNA序列差异,构建了分子系统进化树(NJ, ME),确定各类群间的系统关系,验证了宏观形态分类学。
擬步甲(Tenebrionidae)是鞘翅目的一箇較大的類群,全毬已知12箇亞科100多族1500多屬約25000種,我國已知9亞科45族280餘屬近1300種。實驗利用18SrDNA基因片段序列對擬步甲科的部分種進行繫統髮育分析,併對靶序列進行排序、比較、分析,計算覈苷痠組成、變異位點和DNA序列差異,構建瞭分子繫統進化樹(NJ, ME),確定各類群間的繫統關繫,驗證瞭宏觀形態分類學。
의보갑(Tenebrionidae)시초시목적일개교대적류군,전구이지12개아과100다족1500다속약25000충,아국이지9아과45족280여속근1300충。실험이용18SrDNA기인편단서렬대의보갑과적부분충진행계통발육분석,병대파서렬진행배서、비교、분석,계산핵감산조성、변이위점화DNA서렬차이,구건료분자계통진화수(NJ, ME),학정각류군간적계통관계,험증료굉관형태분류학。
Tenebrionidae is one of the biggest groups in the order Coleoptera.There are 12 subfamilies,more than 100 tribi,more than 1 500 genera and about 25 000 species belonging to Tenebrionidae in the world. There are 9 subfamilies,more than 45 tribi,more than 280 genera and about 1 300 species belonging to Tenebrionidae in our country.The phylogenetic relationships of Tenebrionidae were studied based on 18SrDNA gene sequences re-spectively.The obtained sequences data are compared,aligned and analysed by DNA sequence analysis software,to calculated residue composition,polymorphic sites and geneitc distance,to consider the types and rates of residus substitution and to create NJ,ME phylo- genetic trees as well as determine phylogeny of the classification taxa involve in the research.The phylogenetic trees show that the molecular results are consistent with traditional clas-sification basically.
