提出了一种支持远程界面访问的智能温湿度控制系统设计方法。系统由智能温湿度控制模块、嵌入式桥接网关及上位机组成,支持分布式多点温湿度信息采集、风机控制、上位机监控及远程桌面发布功能。智能温湿度控制模块和桥接网关基于STM32 MCU设计,采用Modbus RTU与Modbus TCP数据传输协议,分别传输串行链路信息与网络链路信息,保证信息帧的准确性。上位机通过组态软件的Modbus TCP通讯端口与网关无缝连接,实现多嵌入式网关组态及Web界面发布功能。实用结果表明,系统能稳定环境温湿度,满足现场对温湿度环境控制的要求。
提齣瞭一種支持遠程界麵訪問的智能溫濕度控製繫統設計方法。繫統由智能溫濕度控製模塊、嵌入式橋接網關及上位機組成,支持分佈式多點溫濕度信息採集、風機控製、上位機鑑控及遠程桌麵髮佈功能。智能溫濕度控製模塊和橋接網關基于STM32 MCU設計,採用Modbus RTU與Modbus TCP數據傳輸協議,分彆傳輸串行鏈路信息與網絡鏈路信息,保證信息幀的準確性。上位機通過組態軟件的Modbus TCP通訊耑口與網關無縫連接,實現多嵌入式網關組態及Web界麵髮佈功能。實用結果錶明,繫統能穩定環境溫濕度,滿足現場對溫濕度環境控製的要求。

A design method of temperature-humidity intelligent control system supporting remote interface access is presented in this paper. The system is composed of temperature-humidity intelligent control module, embedded bridge connection gateway and host computer, which supports the functions of distributed multi-point temperature-humidity information acquisition, fan con-trol, PC monitoring and remote desktop release. The temperature-humidity intelligent control module and embedded bridging gate-way are designed based on STM32 MCU. Modbus RTU and Modbus TCP data transmission protocols are used to respectively transmit the serial link information and network link information for ensuring the accuracy of the information frame. PC is seam-lessly connected with the gateway via Modbus TCP of configuration software to realize the multi-embedded-gateway configuration and Web interface release. The application results show that the system can stabilize environment temperature and humidity, and meet the control requirements of the scene environment to temperature and humidity.
