目的 分析手足口病重症病例的病毒分型与临床特点.方法 收集济宁市第一人民医院2013年3月-2014年3月诊治的手足口病重症患者52例,分析其病毒分型和临床特点.结果 36名患者为EV71阳性,占总数的69.23％.有1名患者死亡,病死率为1.92％.所有患者均有发热、皮疹症状,有80.77％(42例)病例出现肢体抖动或无力,44.23％(23例)患者出现呕吐症状,80.77％(42例)患者白细胞(WBC)水平超过15 × 109/L.结论 导致手足口病重症病例的病原体主要是EV71,患者多出现发热、肢体抖动或无力,白细胞水平升高.

Objective To investigate the virus types and clinical characteristics in severe cases of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A retrospective analysis was carried out in the First People's Hospital of Jining from March 2013 to March 2014.Fifty-two severe cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were included in the study.The virus types and clinical characteristics were studied.Results The results showed that 36 cases (80.77％) were positive for EV71.One patient died,and the mortality rate was 1.92％.All patients showed symptoms of fever and skin rash.Forty-two cases (80.77％) showed limb jitter or weakncss.Twenty-two cases (44.23 ％) had vomiting.Forty-two cases (80.77％) showed high white blood cell (WBC) level (＞ 15 × 109/L).Conclusions The main pathogen in severe cases of hand-foot-mouth disease was EV71,the clinical manifestations were mainly fever,limb shaking or weakness,and elevated white blood cell level.
