“历史规律与人的能动作用关系”问题是唯物史观中的一个根本性问题。从传统思路看，直接基于现实世界这一层面上平面式逻辑考察历史规律与人的能动作用的关系，存在不可克服的矛盾。历史规律对历史进程的制约有现实性，但这种现实性不是直接的，这恰恰缘于历史规律制约方式的二重性。历史规律在社会实践贯彻过程中表现为一种抽象的逻辑必然性，它通过纠正历史运动的曲折性以确保自身贯彻下去来宣布历史规律“神圣不可侵犯”。而人们通过具体实践活动如何把它贯彻下来，取决于人们对实践必然性的把握和主观能动性的发挥。这为我们解决历史规律与人的能动作用关系问题提供了一个新的进路。

The relationship between the historical law and human dynamic role is a fundamental issue in historical materialism.From the traditional thinking,there exists an unconquerable contradiction in directly basing on the relationship between the level of the real world dynamic role on planar logical in-vestigation of historical law and human dynamic role.The historical law restricting the historical advance is realistic,but such reality is indirect,which j ust results from the duality of historical law restricting methods.Historical law is a kind of abstract logical inevitability in social practice in the process of its im-plementation,to ensure its implementation through the twists and turns of correct historical movement, and to announce the historical law “inviolability”.And how the people carry out it down through the practice depends on people's practical necessity to grasp and display the subj ective initiative.This pro-vides a new approach for us to handle the dynamic role relationship between the law of history and hu-man dynamic role.
