Sheet-metal parts unfolding in Pro/E environment was studied in this paper .Through the secondary development of Pro/E ,a parametric system of sheet-metal parts unfolding was achieved .The application of Pro/E in sheet metal parts unfolding can shorten the production cycle and improve product quality .
