近年来，安徽省高度重视统筹城乡经济社会发展，积极探索城乡一体化发展的有效途径，取得了阶段性成效，但城乡收入、城乡消费和生活水平、城乡基础设施、城乡社会事业差距依然较大。影响安徽省城乡一体化发展的制约因素主要体现在体制、观念、经济、人口诸多方面，为此，结合安徽省的实际，提出了安徽城乡一体化发展的总体思路、三阶段发展目标和具体举措。
近年來，安徽省高度重視統籌城鄉經濟社會髮展，積極探索城鄉一體化髮展的有效途徑，取得瞭階段性成效，但城鄉收入、城鄉消費和生活水平、城鄉基礎設施、城鄉社會事業差距依然較大。影響安徽省城鄉一體化髮展的製約因素主要體現在體製、觀唸、經濟、人口諸多方麵，為此，結閤安徽省的實際，提齣瞭安徽城鄉一體化髮展的總體思路、三階段髮展目標和具體舉措。
근년래，안휘성고도중시통주성향경제사회발전，적겁탐색성향일체화발전적유효도경，취득료계단성성효，단성향수입、성향소비화생활수평、성향기출설시、성향사회사업차거의연교대。영향안휘성성향일체화발전적제약인소주요체현재체제、관념、경제、인구제다방면，위차，결합안휘성적실제，제출료안휘성향일체화발전적총체사로、삼계단발전목표화구체거조。
In recent years,Anhui province attaches great importance to urban and rural economic and social development,and actively ex-plore effective ways of the integration of urban and rural development,has achieved initial success,but the income of urban and rural,ur-ban and rural consumption and living level,urban and rural infrastructure,urban and rural social undertakings gap is still large. Factors influencing the development of urban and rural integration in Anhui province is mainly reflected in the system ,concept,economy,popula-tion,and many other aspects,therefore,according to the actual situation of Anhui Province,put forward the overall train of thought,Anhui urban and rural integrated development of the three stage of development goals and specific measures.
