目的:探讨 NB-UVB 对白癜风患者外周血 IL-23表达的影响及其可能的免疫学机制。方法:38例白癜风患者作为实验组,采用 NB-UVB 进行治疗,20例健康体检者作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定 NB-UVB 治疗前后白癜风患者及健康体检者外周血 IL-23的表达水平。结果:白癜风患者外周血 IL-23表达水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NB-UVB 治疗后白癜风患者外周血 IL-23表达水平较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NB-UVB治疗后白癜风患者外周血 IL-23表达水平稍高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:NB-UVB 可能通过影响白癜风患者外周血中 IL-23的表达来发挥治疗作用。

목적:탐토 NB-UVB 대백전풍환자외주혈 IL-23표체적영향급기가능적면역학궤제。방법:38례백전풍환자작위실험조,채용 NB-UVB 진행치료,20례건강체검자작위대조조,채용매련면역흡부법측정 NB-UVB 치료전후백전풍환자급건강체검자외주혈 IL-23적표체수평。결과:백전풍환자외주혈 IL-23표체수평명현고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);NB-UVB 치료후백전풍환자외주혈 IL-23표체수평교치료전강저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);NB-UVB치료후백전풍환자외주혈 IL-23표체수평초고우대조조,단차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:NB-UVB 가능통과영향백전풍환자외주혈중 IL-23적표체래발휘치료작용。
Objective:To study the level of IL-23 in peripheral blood of patients with vitiligo, and to observe the possible mechanism of NB-UVB therapy. Methods:The level cytokine in peripheral blood of patients with vitiligo, and to explore the possible immune mechanism of NB-UVB therapy of IL-23 in peripheral blood from 38 vitiligo patients and 20 normal control groups were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results:The level of IL-23 in vitiligo patients was higher than the control group (P<0.05); The level of IL-23 in vitiligo patients after NB-UVB therapy was lower, and the difference were significant before treatment (P<0.05); The level of IL-23 in vitiligo patients after NB-UVB therapy was higher than the control group (P>0.05), but the differences were not significant. Conclusion:NB-UVB may influence the level of IL-23 cytokine in peripheral blood of patients with vitiligo to plays a therapeutic role.
