目的观察帕利哌酮缓释片合并解郁安神汤治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效。方法将80例精神分裂症患者随机均分为两组，对照组采用口服帕利哌酮缓释片，观察组在对照组的基础上加服解郁安神汤，根据PANSS量表评定临床疗效，并记录不良反应的发生情况。结果治疗后1周两组的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理及总分比较，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；在治疗后4周和治疗后8周中观察组的阳性症状、阴性症状、一般精神病理及总分均高于对照组的相应数值，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组不良反应率为15.0%明显大于对照组的5.0%，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论帕利哌酮缓释片合并解郁安神汤能够全面改善精神分裂症的症状，降低不良反应的发生率及程度，提高安全性。
목적관찰파리고동완석편합병해욱안신탕치료정신분렬증적림상료효。방법장80례정신분렬증환자수궤균분위량조，대조조채용구복파리고동완석편，관찰조재대조조적기출상가복해욱안신탕，근거PANSS량표평정림상료효，병기록불량반응적발생정황。결과치료후1주량조적양성증상、음성증상、일반정신병리급총분비교，차이무통계학의의(P＞0.05)；재치료후4주화치료후8주중관찰조적양성증상、음성증상、일반정신병리급총분균고우대조조적상응수치，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)；관찰조불량반응솔위15.0%명현대우대조조적5.0%，차이유통계학의의(P＜0.05)。결론파리고동완석편합병해욱안신탕능구전면개선정신분렬증적증상，강저불량반응적발생솔급정도，제고안전성。
Objective To observe clinical the clinical curative effect of paliperidone extended-release tablets combined with Jieyu Anshen soup in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods 80 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group were gave paliperidone extended-release tablets,on basis of the control group,the observation group were treated with Jieyu Anshen soup,according to the PANSS scale they were assessed clinical curative effect,and were recorded the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results After treatment of 1 week,positive symptoms,negative symptoms,general spirit pathology and the total score in the two groups had no signiifcant difference(P>0.05);In the treatment of 4 weeks and 8 weeks,that in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);15.0%,adverse reaction rate of the observation group,was signiifcantly greater than 5.0%in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of paliperidone extended-release tablets combined with Jieyu Anshen soup can fully improve the symptoms of schizophrenia,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction and degree,enhancing safety.
