目的探讨血乳酸测定在icU危重病人中的临床价值。方法对2010年10月至2013年10月我院icU收治的危重病人监测血乳酸，并进行回顾性分析。结果入院时血乳酸浓度的持续增加或维持较高水平，病死率有16.43%上升至61.70%。结论 icU病人血乳酸浓度与病情危重程度呈正相关，是影响死亡率的重要因素，对危重病人进行血乳酸测定对临床有重要的意义。
목적탐토혈유산측정재icU위중병인중적림상개치。방법대2010년10월지2013년10월아원icU수치적위중병인감측혈유산，병진행회고성분석。결과입원시혈유산농도적지속증가혹유지교고수평，병사솔유16.43%상승지61.70%。결론 icU병인혈유산농도여병정위중정도정정상관，시영향사망솔적중요인소，대위중병인진행혈유산측정대림상유중요적의의。
Objective to explore the clinical value of blood lactic acid determination in critically ill patients of the icU. Method Monitored blood lactic acid level of the critical patients from the october of 2010 to the october of 2013 in the icU of our hospital , and retrospectively analyzed.
