目的探讨神经生长因子NGF及其受体TrkA和P 75在结直肠癌中的表达及其与临床病理学指标间的关系。方法运用免疫组化技术SABC法检测NGF、TrkA和P 75在80例结直肠癌和16例结直肠癌旁正常组织中的分布和表达情况。结果 NGF在结直肠癌组织中表达的阳性率57.5%,在癌旁正常组织中表达的阳性率25%;TrkA在结直肠癌组织中表达的阳性率55%,在癌旁正常组织中表达的阳性率31.3%;P 75在结直肠癌组织中表达的阳性率47.5%,在癌旁正常组织中表达的阳性率62.5%;NGF及TrkA在结直肠癌组织中的表达较癌旁正常结直肠组织高,而P 75的表达无显著差异。NGF和TrkA的表达与结直肠癌细胞分级、临床分期、淋巴结转移有关。P 75只与淋巴结转移有关。结论 NGF、TrkA和P 75与结直肠癌的淋巴结转移有关,NGF和TrkA两者在结直肠癌的细胞分化、浸润及淋巴结转移中有协同作用。

Objective To investigate the expression of never growth factor, its receptor TrkA and P 75 in human colorectal adenocarcinoma, and to evaluate the association between the expression and clinicopathological variables of colorectal adenocarcinoma. Methods With SABC immunohistochemistry to detect the expression of NGF、TrkA and P 75 in 80 colorectal adenocarcinoma and 16 normal colorectum, the relationship between the expression and clinical-pathological indices was also investigated. Results The positive rates of NGF in colorectal cancer and in colorectum were 57.5%and 25%.The positive rates of TrkA in colorectal cancer and in colorectum were 55%and 31.3%.The positive rates of P 75 in colorectal cancer and in colorectum were 47.5%and 62.5%.The expressions of NGF and TrkA in human colorectal adenocarcinoma were higher than that in the normal colorectum. The expression of P 75 had no signiifcant change in the two groups . The expression of NGF and TrkA were positively correlated with tumor stage and cell-type classiifcation and lymphatic invasion. the expression of P 75 was correlated with lymphatic invasion. Conclusion NGF、TrkA and P 75 participate in the progress of colorectal adenocarcinoma. NGF and TrkA had closely relationship with the differentiation. tumor stage and lymphatic invasion of the colorectal adenocarcinoma , and the roles might synergetic.
