目的:分析溶血对临床生化检验结果所造成的影响。方法:随机选择2012年3-12月在笔者所在医院接受身体检查的70名健康受检者作为研究对象,每名受检者抽取10 ml的血液样本,分为两份分作溶血组和非溶血组进行分析比较。结果:受检者溶血的血样,其酸性磷酸酶(ALP)、血糖(GLU)测定值显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)、谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、尿酸(UA)的测定值均比溶血前明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿素氨(BUN)、血清葡萄糖(GLU)、肌酐(Cr)的测定值则在溶血前后无显著变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:临床血常规生化检验中,检验人员需要尽量避免受检者血样标本发生溶血,以防止检查结果出现较大误差,进一步提升检查结果的准确性,辅助医生对受检者作出准备、合理的诊断。

목적:분석용혈대림상생화검험결과소조성적영향。방법:수궤선택2012년3-12월재필자소재의원접수신체검사적70명건강수검자작위연구대상,매명수검자추취10 ml적혈액양본,분위량빈분작용혈조화비용혈조진행분석비교。결과:수검자용혈적혈양,기산성린산매(ALP)、혈당(GLU)측정치현저하강,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);이총담홍소(TBIL)、직접담홍소(DBIL)、곡안선전태매(γ-GT)、곡병전안매(ALT)、곡초전안매(AST)、뇨산(UA)적측정치균비용혈전명현승고,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);뇨소안(BUN)、혈청포도당(GLU)、기항(Cr)적측정치칙재용혈전후무현저변화,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:림상혈상규생화검험중,검험인원수요진량피면수검자혈양표본발생용혈,이방지검사결과출현교대오차,진일보제승검사결과적준학성,보조의생대수검자작출준비、합리적진단。
Objective:To analyse of the influence of hemolytic caused by clinical biochemical test results.Method:From March 2012 to December 2012 year in our hospital,70 healthy physical examinees as the object of study.Each subjects took a blood sample from 10 ml,were divided into two parts for hemolytic and non-hemolytic group.Result:Subjects hemolytic blood,the acid phosphates(ALP),blood glucose(GLU) determination value decreased significantly,there were significant differences(P<0.05),and total bilirubin(TBIL),direct bilirubin(DBIL),γ-glutamyl tranpeptidase(γ-GT), almandine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartame aminotransferase(AST),uric acid(UA) measurement value than the hemolytic elevated obviously,there were significant differences(P<0.05),urea nitrogen(BUN),serum glucose(GLU),cretonne(Cr) measured in hemolytic and did not change significantly,the difference was not significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The clinical routine blood biochemical examination,inspection personnel need to avoid the subjects the blood specimen hemolytic test results,in order to prevent errors,accuracy and further enhance the examination results,doctor diagnosed preparation, reasonable subjects.
