目的：观察临床应用中西医结合的方法治疗大面积烧伤残余创面的临床效果。方法：选取近期内笔者所在医院收治的87例大面积烧伤残余创面患者，并将其随机分为A、B两组，A组43例采取西药常规治疗(包括创面采用洗必泰溶液清洁及外涂磺胺嘧啶银霜)，B组44例采取中西医结合治疗，比较两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果：实施中西医结合治疗的B组患者在疼痛情况、创面愈合时间及瘢痕比例方面均明显优于传统西药治疗的A组患者。结论：临床面对大面积烧伤残余创面的患者时，应用中西医结合的方法进行治疗，不仅可减轻患者的创面疼痛感，同时也可提高创面的愈合时间及减少瘢痕的产生，值得临床广泛推广应用。

목적：관찰림상응용중서의결합적방법치료대면적소상잔여창면적림상효과。방법：선취근기내필자소재의원수치적87례대면적소상잔여창면환자，병장기수궤분위A、B량조，A조43례채취서약상규치료(포괄창면채용세필태용액청길급외도광알밀정은상)，B조44례채취중서의결합치료，비교량조환자치료후적림상효과。결과：실시중서의결합치료적B조환자재동통정황、창면유합시간급반흔비례방면균명현우우전통서약치료적A조환자。결론：림상면대대면적소상잔여창면적환자시，응용중서의결합적방법진행치료，불부가감경환자적창면동통감，동시야가제고창면적유합시간급감소반흔적산생，치득림상엄범추엄응용。
Objective:To explore and observe the clinical effect of the treatment on extensive burns residual wounds by the application of integrative medicine.Method:Selected 87 patients admitted in our hospital in the near future with a large area of residual burn wound and randomly divided them into group A and B,43 cases of group A were given conventional western medicine treatment(including wounds were treated with chlorhexidine solution to clean and treated with sulfa Ag Cream);44 cases of group B were given combined Chinese and western medicines,and comparing the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment. Result:In the integrative medicine treated patients of group B,in aspects of pain,wound healing time and scar proportion,they were significantly better than traditional western medicine treated patients in group A.Conclusion:In the face of extensive burn residual wound patients clinically,it should carry out the integrative medicine treatment,which not only can reduce the patient’s wound pain,but also can improve the wound healing time and reduce the production of scar,so it’s worthy of widespread application.
