目的:探讨阿奇霉素对支原体肺炎患儿白细胞介素2(IL-2)、可溶性白细胞介素2受体(sIL-2R)及白细胞介素17(IL-17)水平的影响。方法将未感染肺炎患儿设为对照组(30例),支原体感染肺炎患者设为实验组(23例)。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测两组治疗前后血清中IL-2、sIL-2R及IL-17水平。结果对照组血清IL-2水平为(8.51±0.23)pg/mL ,实验组血清IL-2水平为(15.72±0.58)pg/mL ,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组sIL-2R水平为(24.51±6.23)pg/mL ,实验组sIL-2R水平为(57.72±9.58)pg/mL ,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组IL-17水平为(4.51±0.23)pg/mL ,实验组IL-17水平为(7.72±0.58)pg/mL ,二者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组IL-2、sIL-2R及IL-17水平与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 IL-2及IL-17与支原体肺炎发病机制有关,阿奇霉素可降低支原体肺炎患儿血清中IL-2、sIL-2R及IL-17的水平。

목적:탐토아기매소대지원체폐염환인백세포개소2(IL-2)、가용성백세포개소2수체(sIL-2R)급백세포개소17(IL-17)수평적영향。방법장미감염폐염환인설위대조조(30례),지원체감염폐염환자설위실험조(23례)。채용매련면역흡부시험(ELISA)검측량조치료전후혈청중IL-2、sIL-2R급IL-17수평。결과대조조혈청IL-2수평위(8.51±0.23)pg/mL ,실험조혈청IL-2수평위(15.72±0.58)pg/mL ,이자비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);대조조sIL-2R수평위(24.51±6.23)pg/mL ,실험조sIL-2R수평위(57.72±9.58)pg/mL ,이자비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05);대조조IL-17수평위(4.51±0.23)pg/mL ,실험조IL-17수평위(7.72±0.58)pg/mL ,이자비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료후실험조IL-2、sIL-2R급IL-17수평여치료전비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론 IL-2급IL-17여지원체폐염발병궤제유관,아기매소가강저지원체폐염환인혈청중IL-2、sIL-2R급IL-17적수평。
Objective To investigate effects of azithromycin on expression of interleukin 2 (IL-2) and soluble interleukin-2 re-ceptor (sIL-2R) and interleukin 17 (IL-17) in children with mycoplasma pneumonia .Methods 30 cases uninfected with pneumonia was control group and 23 cases with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection was test group .By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was used to detect serum IL-2 ,sIL-2R and IL-17 levels before and after treatment .Results The serum level of IL-2 was (8 .51 ± 0 .23) pg/mL in control group ,and the serum level of IL-2 was(15 .72 ± 0 .58)pg/mL in test group .There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0 .05) .The serum level of sIL-2R was (24 .51 ± 6 .23) pg/mL in control group ,and the ser-um level of sIL-2R was (57 .72 ± 9 .58)pg/mL in test group .There was significant difference between the two groups (P<0 .05) . The serum level of IL-17 was (4 .51 ± 0 .23) pg/mL ,and the serum level of IL-17 was(7 .72 ± 0 .58)pg/mL in test group .There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0 .05) .After treatment ,the serum levels of IL-2 ,sIL-2R and IL-17 were lower in test group (P<0 .05) .Conclusion IL-2 and IL-17 are related to mycoplasma pneumoniae pathogenesis ,and azithromycin can re-duce IL-2 ,sIL-2R and IL-17 levels .
