This paper interprets the urgency and necessity of cul-tivating vocational guides' professional accomplishment, explores the evaluation standard for professional accomplishment from such three aspects as motivation, cognition and persistence, ana-lyzes the current situation of vocational guides' professional ac-complishment, and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
