目的:探讨新医疗改革背景下西南地区一般本科院校医学毕业生就业压力现状,以及心理控制源对医学毕业生就业压力的影响,为毕业生就业压力干预方案的制订提供一定依据。方法:以330名医学毕业生为调查对象,采用大学生就业压力问卷手册和内在-外在心理控制源量表进行调查分析。结果:①77.1%的医学毕业生表示感受到明显的就业压力。②愿意到基层医疗卫生单位就业的毕业生其就业压力水平显著低于不愿意到基层医疗卫生单位就业的毕业生。③心理控制源与就业压力及其五个维度呈显著正相关。④心理控制源可以直接预测毕业生就业压力水平。结论:树立合理的就业观念和优化归因方式可有效缓解医学毕业生的就业压力。

Objective:To explore the current situation undergrad-uate medical graduates' employment pressure in southwestern ar-eas in the background of new health care reform, and the influ-ence of locus of control on their employment pressure, so as to provide certain references for the intervention programs. Method:Taking 330 medical graduates as the objectives, we investigates and analyzes on them by adopting college students' employment pressure questionnaire and internal-external locus of control scale. Result:①77.1%of them clearly feel employment pressure.② Graduates willing to work in grass-roots medical units have much less employment pressure than those unwilling to work in grass-roots medical units.③Locus of control and its five dimen-sions of employment stress was a significant positive correlation.④ Locus of control can predict the level of graduates' employ-ment pressure. Conclusion:To establish a reasonable concept of employment and optimize attribution can effectively alleviate the employment pressure of medical graduates.
