The network television is an organic combination of the digital campus construction. Today, the network television not only inherits the historical mission of higher education, but plays a new function and role in vocational education. Through analyz-ing the meaning of digital campus, and the necessity and role of the construction of campus network television, this paper makes clear more functions of the college network television in the E era, so as to exert its maximum efficiency, promote the construction of digital campus, and promote the sound development of the net-work television in China.
