目的：总结内环口高位结扎加脐内侧襞加强内环孔治疗儿童腹股沟斜疝的效果。方法回顾性分析2007年10月至2012年12月，新疆生产建设兵团农六师奇台医院收治单侧易复性腹股沟斜疝患儿65例，64例行环形缝合结扎内环口，1例女性患儿脐正中襞和脐内侧襞均短窄，仅行内环口高位双重结扎。结果本组65例患儿，63例完成单侧手术，1例完成双侧计划手术，1例改行其他手术。随访14～56个月，术后出现并发症2例，持续4～16 d逐渐消失。无出血、缺血性睾丸炎、阴囊血肿、血清肿和腹壁僵硬不适感等并发症，未见复发。结论内环口高位结扎加脐内侧襞加强内环孔治疗儿童腹股沟疝简单易学，安全可靠。
목적：총결내배구고위결찰가제내측벽가강내배공치료인동복고구사산적효과。방법회고성분석2007년10월지2012년12월，신강생산건설병단농륙사기태의원수치단측역복성복고구사산환인65례，64례행배형봉합결찰내배구，1례녀성환인제정중벽화제내측벽균단착，부행내배구고위쌍중결찰。결과본조65례환인，63례완성단측수술，1례완성쌍측계화수술，1례개행기타수술。수방14～56개월，술후출현병발증2례，지속4～16 d축점소실。무출혈、결혈성고환염、음낭혈종、혈청종화복벽강경불괄감등병발증，미견복발。결론내배구고위결찰가제내측벽가강내배공치료인동복고구산간단역학，안전가고。
Objective To summarize the effect of internal ring high ligation combined with reinforcement of medial umbilical fold for indirect inguinal hernia treatment of children.Methods 65 cases of unilateral reducible indirect inguinal hernia in children who were admitted to Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Sixth State Farm Qitai Hospital from October 2007 to December 201 2 were retrospectively analyzed.All patients underwent internal ring ligation with annular suture,except one,who had internal ring dualhigh ligation due to short and narrow median umbilical fold and medial umbilical fold.Results In this series of 65 patients,63 received unilateral operation,and 1 had bilateral operation as expected,and the other one had other operation.All patients were followed up for 1 4 to 56 months,and complications occurred in 2 cases,which graduated disappeared in 4 to 1 6 days.No hemorrhage,ischemic orchitis,scrotal hematoma,seroma and stiffness or discomfort of abdominal wall, and no recurrence were observed. Conclusion Internal ring high ligation combined with reinforcement of medial umbilical fold is a simple, safe and reliable treatment for indirect inguinal hernia in children.
