目的:探讨规范心脏听诊模拟教学内容及增加学时对教学质量的影响。方法将112名临床医学专业学生分为对照组及实验组,采用床旁教学与模拟教学不同学时比例授课后进行考核,并进行问卷调查。结果实验组学生听诊模拟心尖区舒张期杂音以及主动脉瓣区舒张期杂音正确率均高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具统计学意义。两组学生床旁考核正确率比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。问卷调查结果显示,实验组学生对心脏听诊模拟教学大多持肯定的态度。结论心脏听诊模拟教学的科学应用,有助于提高教学质量,可以有效缓解临床教学资源的不足。

Objective To evaluate the effects of regulating simulation teaching contents of cardiac auscultation and the increase of instructional time on the quality of teaching. Methods 112 clinical medical students were divided into two groups, the control group and experimental group. After being taught with different proportion of instructional hours of the bedside teaching and simulation teaching, they were examined and asked to complete the questionnaire. Results The experimental group performed better than the control group in recognizing the simulated apical diastolic murmurs and diastolic murmurs of aortic valve area (P<0. 05). But there were no statistically significant differences between the correct rates of bedside examination in these two groups(P> 0. 05 ). Most students of experimental group held a positive attitude to simulation teaching. Conclusions Reasonable applications of medical simulation technology to training of cardiac auscultation help to improve the quality of teaching, and effectively alleviate the lack of resources to clinical teaching.
