本文从实证研究入手,以80后医学毕业生为研究对象,采用因子分析拟合得到其工作满意度的3个维度,通过相关分析和回归分析发现,工作满意度(F1)的主要影响因素为工作驱动因素(F2),间接影响因素为工作阻碍因素。单因素分析发现,薪酬和压力对工作满意度具有显著性影响(P<0.05),个人职业发展机遇是80后医学毕业生最为关注的因素。多因素分析依据进入方程的4个主要影响因素建立起了概率预测模型,据此模型可以通过被调查对象对4个问题的回答推算其对工作满意的概率。

본문종실증연구입수,이80후의학필업생위연구대상,채용인자분석의합득도기공작만의도적3개유도,통과상관분석화회귀분석발현,공작만의도(F1)적주요영향인소위공작구동인소(F2),간접영향인소위공작조애인소。단인소분석발현,신수화압력대공작만의도구유현저성영향(P<0.05),개인직업발전궤우시80후의학필업생최위관주적인소。다인소분석의거진입방정적4개주요영향인소건립기료개솔예측모형,거차모형가이통과피조사대상대4개문제적회답추산기대공작만의적개솔。
This article introduces the empirical study of medical graduates’ job satisfaction. It took 80’s medical graduates as the study object and through factor analysis on job satisfaction of three di-mensions, correlation and regression analysis found the facts as follows. The main influencing factors of job satisfaction (F1)is the driving factors for work(F2); the effects of work inhibitors(F3)have no statistical significance(P>0. 05), but can indirectly effects on job satisfaction through driving factors. Single factor analysis found that compensation and pressure have a significant effect on job satisfaction ( P < 0. 05), personal career development opportunity is the most concerned factors for 80’s; Multi-factor analysis base on the four main factors to establish the probability prediction model, according to this model by respondents answer to question 4 calculate the probability of the survey of job satisfaction.
