目的：探讨自制软管式冲洗泪道探通针在婴幼儿泪囊炎中的应用。方法在95例婴幼儿泪囊炎用软管式冲洗探通针进行泪道冲洗和探通治疗，观察其疗效。结果94例患儿溢泪、溢脓现象消失，泪道通畅而治愈，1例因鼻中隔弯曲而无效。无其他并发症发生。结论用自制软管式泪道冲洗探通针治疗婴幼儿泪囊炎是一种安全、有效、方便的方法。
목적：탐토자제연관식충세루도탐통침재영유인루낭염중적응용。방법재95례영유인루낭염용연관식충세탐통침진행루도충세화탐통치료，관찰기료효。결과94례환인일루、일농현상소실，루도통창이치유，1례인비중격만곡이무효。무기타병발증발생。결론용자제연관식루도충세탐통침치료영유인루낭염시일충안전、유효、방편적방법。
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of homemade hose flushing probing needle in infant dacryocystitis.MethodsWe observe the efficacy of hose flushing probing needle in lacrimal probing treatment in 95 cases of infant dacryocystitis.Results94 cases of children with epiphora , overflow pus disappears , lacrimal duct patency were cured, one case invalid was due to nasal deviation. No other complications occurred.ConclusionHomemade hose type flushing probing needle treatment in treating infant dacryocystitis is safe, effective and convenient.
