目的：评价聚维酮碘在大规模白内障防盲手术中预防术后感染性眼内炎的有效性和安全性。方法四川省贫困白内障防盲手术患者862例（862眼），在术前使用50g/L聚维酮碘消毒眼周皮肤、睑缘和结膜囊，术中、术后观察眼部体征并询问患者主观不适。结果所有患者均无术后感染性眼内炎发生。23例患者有术中眼部刺激感，但无严重并发症。结论在大规模白内障防盲手术中使用50g/L聚维酮碘是一种有效、安全的预防术后感染性眼内炎的措施。
목적：평개취유동전재대규모백내장방맹수술중예방술후감염성안내염적유효성화안전성。방법사천성빈곤백내장방맹수술환자862례（862안），재술전사용50g/L취유동전소독안주피부、검연화결막낭，술중、술후관찰안부체정병순문환자주관불괄。결과소유환자균무술후감염성안내염발생。23례환자유술중안부자격감，단무엄중병발증。결론재대규모백내장방맹수술중사용50g/L취유동전시일충유효、안전적예방술후감염성안내염적조시。
Objetive To evaluate the efficiency and the security of povidone iodine on the occurrence of endophthalmitis after a large scale cataract surgery for blindness prevention.Methods Impoverished patients with cataract in Sichuan Province(862 patients, 862 eyes) underwent routine small incision extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation. 50g/L povidone iodine was used in the disinfection of skin around eye, palpebral margin and conjunctival sac. All the operative eyes were observed during and after surgery. The patients’ subjective discomfort was inquired and their signs of eyes were recorded both before and after surgery. Results There was no postoperative endophthalmitis in all the patients. Eye irritation wad observed in 23 patients during the surgery. There wasn’t any severe complication.Conclusion Application of povidone iodine to a large scale cataract surgery for blindness prevention is aneffective and safe measure to prevent postoperative endophthalmitis.
