目的：探讨泪道激光成形术在泪道阻塞疾病中的疗效。方法选择不同泪道阻塞性疾病患者在BDK-BS脉冲Nd：YAG激光治疗机对阻塞部位进行激光、汽化、疏通，冲洗泪道有液体进入口腔或鼻腔确认泪道通畅。后根据病情定期冲洗泪道。结果81人84只眼(鼻泪管阻塞52只眼，鼻泪管及泪总管阻塞15只眼，泪总管阻塞10只眼，泪小管阻塞7只眼)，治愈60眼(71.43%)，好转16眼(19.05%)，无效8眼(9.52%)，总有效率90.48%。结论 BDK-BS脉冲Nd：YAG激光治疗机在泪道阻塞性疾病治疗中有一定的疗效。
목적：탐토루도격광성형술재루도조새질병중적료효。방법선택불동루도조새성질병환자재BDK-BS맥충Nd：YAG격광치료궤대조새부위진행격광、기화、소통，충세루도유액체진입구강혹비강학인루도통창。후근거병정정기충세루도。결과81인84지안(비루관조새52지안，비루관급루총관조새15지안，루총관조새10지안，루소관조새7지안)，치유60안(71.43%)，호전16안(19.05%)，무효8안(9.52%)，총유효솔90.48%。결론 BDK-BS맥충Nd：YAG격광치료궤재루도조새성질병치료중유일정적료효。
Objetive Discuss the effect of laser dacryocystoplasty in obstruction of lacrimal ducts.MethodsWe choose patients with different obstruction of lacrimal ducts, then perform laser surgery with Nd:YAG laser dacryocystoplasty. The confirmation of fluent is by washing lacrimal duct so that there is liquid in oral cavity or nasal cavity. Timely lacrimal duct washing was performed according to patients' condition.ResultsThere were 84 eye (81 cases) underwent laser therapy. There is nasolacrimal duct obstruction in 52 eyes, nasolacrimal duct and lacrimal duct obstruction in 15 eyes, nasolacrimal duct obstruction in 10 eyes,obstruction of lacrimal canaliculus in 7 eyes. 60 eyes were cured (71.43%),16 eyes become better (19.05%) and 8 eyes are Invalid (9.52%). Total rate of efficiency is 90.48%.ConclusionsNd:YAG laser dacryocystoplasty have a good effect on obstruction of lacrimal ducts .
