妊娠高血压疾病（HDCP）是妊娠期特有的疾病，是孕产妇及围产儿患病及死亡的主要原因。妊娠妇女随着生理和激素的改变，增加了阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（OSA）的发生率，既往研究证实，OSA是高血压的独立危险因素，OSA可能促进了HDCP的发生、发展。本文就OSA合并HDCP的研究现状做一综述。
妊娠高血壓疾病（HDCP）是妊娠期特有的疾病，是孕產婦及圍產兒患病及死亡的主要原因。妊娠婦女隨著生理和激素的改變，增加瞭阻塞性睡眠呼吸暫停（OSA）的髮生率，既往研究證實，OSA是高血壓的獨立危險因素，OSA可能促進瞭HDCP的髮生、髮展。本文就OSA閤併HDCP的研究現狀做一綜述。

Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP),a peculiar disease during pregnant period,is the lead-ing cause of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality.The incidence of obstructive sleep apnea(OSA)increases with the change of the body state and hormones that occur in pregnance.Many studies have shown that OSA is a risk factor for hyperten-sion,and maycontribute to the occurrence and development of HDCP.In this article,we will summarize the status of OSA com-bined with the mechanism of HDCP.
