红透山冶炼厂采用炉外分离卧式富氧底吹熔池炼炉新工艺对原富氧密闭鼓风炉炼铜工艺改造,对新工艺易产生喷炉、下料口粘结、死炉、炉壳烧穿、咽喉口堵塞及溜槽跑铜跑渣等常见异常情况产生原因进行了技术分析,对预防措施及处理办法的进行了方案制定和人员培训,保证了在试生产阶段炉的安全运转工作。
紅透山冶煉廠採用爐外分離臥式富氧底吹鎔池煉爐新工藝對原富氧密閉鼓風爐煉銅工藝改造,對新工藝易產生噴爐、下料口粘結、死爐、爐殼燒穿、嚥喉口堵塞及霤槽跑銅跑渣等常見異常情況產生原因進行瞭技術分析,對預防措施及處理辦法的進行瞭方案製定和人員培訓,保證瞭在試生產階段爐的安全運轉工作。

The new process of copper smelting with oxygen enriched bottom blowing has been used instead of the process of copper smelting with oxygen enrichment closed -top blast furnace . Technical analysis on common-abnormal situation w hich is spraying furnace , feed port bonding , furnace -shutdow n , furnace shell burned-through , throat -blocking and chute running copper slag has been carried on , project estab-lishment and personel training on preventing measure and treatment method have been completed , w hich ensured safety operation during trial production stage .
