以94例上颌前牙区全瓷冠修复患者的148颗基牙的印模作研究对象，将患者随机分成4组，以3MESPE硅橡胶为印模材料，排龈后分别以一次法、二次刮除法、二次打磨法、二次薄膜法制取印模。比较印模颈缘精确度。4种印模方法均可制得合格的印模，二次打磨印模法制取印模效果好，易教易学。

94 cases with 148 abutments treated by all-ceramic restoration in premaxillary teeth region were randomly divided into 4 groups, and the impressions were prepared by one-step method,double curettage method,double polish method and double microfilm method respec-tively using 3M ESPE Vinyl polysiloxane as impression material.The cervical margin precision of the impressions was compared.Four kinds of impression method can produce qualified impression.Double polish method is easy to teach and learn.
