目的：探讨动态心电图PR间期不固定揭示房室结双径路心电图改变。方法对44例动态心电图PR间期不固定患者进行回顾性分析。结果不典型二度房室阻滞莫氏I型现象揭示房室结双径路的发生率最高，以心动过缓及夜间为主，室性早搏次之。结论慢径路传导所致的过度延长PR间期影响心脏的电和机械活动匹配或房室同步，长时间将导致患者心功能不全，动态心电图报告需加以强调。
목적：탐토동태심전도PR간기불고정게시방실결쌍경로심전도개변。방법대44례동태심전도PR간기불고정환자진행회고성분석。결과불전형이도방실조체막씨I형현상게시방실결쌍경로적발생솔최고，이심동과완급야간위주，실성조박차지。결론만경로전도소치적과도연장PR간기영향심장적전화궤계활동필배혹방실동보，장시간장도치환자심공능불전，동태심전도보고수가이강조。
Objective To investigate the electrocardiographic changes of dual atrioventricular node pathways revealed by unfixed PR interval on ambulatory electrocardiograph(AECG).Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 44 patients with unfixed PR interval on AECG.Results Atypical second-degree atrioventricular block Mobitz typeⅠphenomenon revealed a high incidence rate of dual atrioventricular node pathways,mainly occurring in the form of bradycardia and at night,premature ventricualr contraction taking the second place.Conclusion Excessive prolongation of PR interval caused by slow pathway conduction will influence the electrical and mechanical activity of heart or atrioventricular synchrony,and furtherly result in cardiac insufficiency in a long term.Therefore, the above phenomenon needs to be emphasized on an AECG report.
