从粉煤灰对环境的危害性和中国铝土矿资源现状两方面论述了粉煤灰提取氧化铝的必要性。介绍了用碱法、酸法、酸碱联合法和一步酸溶法从粉煤灰中提取氧化铝的工艺技术及最新研究进展,结果表明了“一步酸溶法”提取氧化铝的工艺流程短、原料消耗低、氧化铝生产成本低,并在生产过程中无二次污染物产生,该工艺流程更适用于从高铝粉煤灰中提取氧化铝。最后总结了目前粉煤灰的应用情况,倡导加大粉煤灰综合利用的研究力度。

Discuss the necessity of extracting alumina from fly ash from two perspectives which are the dangerous of fly ash to environment and the current situation of China’s bauxite resources.Then,describe the latest technologies and research progress in extracting alumina from fly ash with alkali,acid method,combined method and step by acid digestion method.The results show that the last method has short technological process,low raw material consumption and production cost,and in the production process,there is almost no secondary pollu-tants.The technology is more suitable for high aluminum ash.Finally,summarize the current application of fly ash and calls for doing more work on studying the utilization of fly ash.
