当前企业思想政治工作面临着思想观念多元化、价值观念差异化、内部矛盾复杂化、工作消及弱化等诸多问题，要加强和改进思想政治工作，需要做到六个“注重”：注重企业价值认同、注重企业中心工作、注重解决实际问题、注重职工教育引导、注重运行机制创新、注重政工队伍建设。要建设以专兼职政工干部队伍为骨干、职工群众广泛参与的大政工格局，为石油企业创新发展提供有力的思想保障。
噹前企業思想政治工作麵臨著思想觀唸多元化、價值觀唸差異化、內部矛盾複雜化、工作消及弱化等諸多問題，要加彊和改進思想政治工作，需要做到六箇“註重”：註重企業價值認同、註重企業中心工作、註重解決實際問題、註重職工教育引導、註重運行機製創新、註重政工隊伍建設。要建設以專兼職政工榦部隊伍為骨榦、職工群衆廣汎參與的大政工格跼，為石油企業創新髮展提供有力的思想保障。
당전기업사상정치공작면림착사상관념다원화、개치관념차이화、내부모순복잡화、공작소급약화등제다문제，요가강화개진사상정치공작，수요주도륙개“주중”：주중기업개치인동、주중기업중심공작、주중해결실제문제、주중직공교육인도、주중운행궤제창신、주중정공대오건설。요건설이전겸직정공간부대오위골간、직공군음엄범삼여적대정공격국，위석유기업창신발전제공유력적사상보장。
Now the ideological and political work in petroleum enterprises faces a serial of problems,such as idea diversifi-cation,value differentiation,internal contradictions complication,and negative working attitude,so we must strengthen and im-prove ideological and political work and take the following measures.We should pay more attention to identity of enterprise value,center working of enterprise,solving practical problems,educational guide of employee,innovation of operation mecha-nism,and construction of administrative team.We need to build the ideological and political work team of special or part-time job as the backbone,and to form a big political work pattern participated by staff and workers,which can provide powerful ideo-logical guarantee to the innovation and development of petroleum enterprise.
