目的:探究樟树子水提液对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法采用热板致痛法,观察高、中、低剂量樟树子水提液的镇痛作用。结果樟树子高剂量组(1 g生药/mL)在给药后30、60 min与生理盐水对照组痛阈值有显著性差异(P<0.05),而在90 min与生理盐水对照组痛阈值无显著性差异(P>0.05);中剂量组(0.75 g生药/mL)和低剂量组(0.5 g生药/mL)在给药后30、60、90 min与生理盐水对照组痛阈值无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论樟树子高剂量(1 g生药/mL)对小鼠有镇痛作用。
目的:探究樟樹子水提液對小鼠的鎮痛作用。方法採用熱闆緻痛法,觀察高、中、低劑量樟樹子水提液的鎮痛作用。結果樟樹子高劑量組(1 g生藥/mL)在給藥後30、60 min與生理鹽水對照組痛閾值有顯著性差異(P<0.05),而在90 min與生理鹽水對照組痛閾值無顯著性差異(P>0.05);中劑量組(0.75 g生藥/mL)和低劑量組(0.5 g生藥/mL)在給藥後30、60、90 min與生理鹽水對照組痛閾值無顯著差異(P>0.05)。結論樟樹子高劑量(1 g生藥/mL)對小鼠有鎮痛作用。
목적:탐구장수자수제액대소서적진통작용。방법채용열판치통법,관찰고、중、저제량장수자수제액적진통작용。결과장수자고제량조(1 g생약/mL)재급약후30、60 min여생리염수대조조통역치유현저성차이(P<0.05),이재90 min여생리염수대조조통역치무현저성차이(P>0.05);중제량조(0.75 g생약/mL)화저제량조(0.5 g생약/mL)재급약후30、60、90 min여생리염수대조조통역치무현저차이(P>0.05)。결론장수자고제량(1 g생약/mL)대소서유진통작용。
Objective: To observe the analgesic effects of camphor seed aqueous extract on mice. Methods:Using hot plate method to observe the analgesic effects of camphor aqueous extract of different dosages. Results: The pain threshold values of the treatment of high dosage (1 g crude drug / mL) are significantly different with that of the normal saline control treatment at 30 minutes, 60 minutes after dosing (P<0.05), but not at 90 minutes which is the same as the treatments of middle and low dosage at 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes after dosing (P>0.05). Conclusion:Camphor aqueous extract of high dosage has analgesic effects on mice.
