通过对鲤鱼肠道石蜡切片进行AB-PAS染色,观察鲤鱼肠道的组织结构特点和糖蛋白的分布,从组织细胞水平观察了鲤鱼肠道,了解其肠道结构,提示了可能存在的粘附受体分布;利用抗血清对鲤鱼肠道组织切片进行免疫组化实验,结果显示,乳酸菌的粘附受体由肠道上皮粘液细胞分泌,主要分布于鲤鱼肠道的前段和中段。
通過對鯉魚腸道石蠟切片進行AB-PAS染色,觀察鯉魚腸道的組織結構特點和糖蛋白的分佈,從組織細胞水平觀察瞭鯉魚腸道,瞭解其腸道結構,提示瞭可能存在的粘附受體分佈;利用抗血清對鯉魚腸道組織切片進行免疫組化實驗,結果顯示,乳痠菌的粘附受體由腸道上皮粘液細胞分泌,主要分佈于鯉魚腸道的前段和中段。

The location of tissue and the acid glycoprotein were showed clearly by the paraffin section stained AB-PAS of common carp. Carp intestine was observed from the tissue and cell levels, and mastered its construction. By the immunity histochemistry of paraffin section from carp intestine, it was concluded that the adhesive receptor of lactobacillus was secreted by intestinal epithelium colloblast, and located in foregut and midgut.
