我国师范教育从建国以来经历了四个发展时期,当前中小学校教师主要通过各地区公开教师招考录用补充,师范类大学生在失去政策倾斜后,与非师范类大学生相比优势并不明显,就业前景不容乐观。本文就师范类毕业生就业政策历史沿革、存在的现实问题和对策进行了分析和探讨。

The normal education has undergone four stages since 1949, the founding of PRC. Currently, the primary and secondary school teachers’ supplement in various regions mainly relies on open recruitment. After losing preferential policies, normal college students’ advantage, compared with non-normal college students,is not obvious and the employment prospect is not optimistic.In the paper the historic evolution,the normal college graduates employment policies , the existing problems and counter measures are analyzed and discussed.
