目前,船舶混流式冷却水系统在设计中得到了越来越广泛的应用,但实际中却由于没有综合考虑管路的损失等原因而未被广泛应用。本文根据某船的混流式冷却水系统在实际调试中出现的问题,分析问题的原因,为以后船舶混流式冷却水系统的设计提供借鉴的依据以及解决方案。

Mixed-flow cooling water system is commonly seen in shipbuilding design, while it is not wildly used in practice due to the piping system pressure loss etc. Basing on the problems which occur during the adjustment of the mixed-flow cooling water system on one ship, the reasons for the problems are analyzed, which gives reference and solution for the design of mixed-flow cooling water system in future.
