通过在锅炉空气预热器出口的热一次风道内安装换热装置,可以降低预热器出口热一次风温,从而可以减少直吹式制粉系统冷风的用量,降低了锅炉排烟温度。这种方法充分利用了制粉系统的富余干燥出力,达到降低机组煤耗的目的。通过分析中速磨直吹式制粉系统的工作特点,介绍了一次风冷却器降低燃煤机组煤耗的工作原理,并对安装一次风冷却器后,制粉系统的运行控制方式进行介绍。最后讨论了安装一次风冷却器的节能潜力,并指出影响其节能效果的主要因素。

By installing a heat exchanger in the boiler air preheater hot primary air duct,the hot primary air temperature will be lowered,the cold primary air will be reduced and boiler exhaust temperature will be low-ered.This method makes full use of the surplus of drying capacity of coal pulverizing system,to reduce the unit coal consumption.This paper analyzed the characteristics of medium speed mill direct blowing coal pulver-izing system,and introduced the principle of primary air cooler to reduce coal consumption of the coal burning unit,and the operation and control mode of pulverizing system were introduced after installation of a primary air cooler.Finally the energy-saving potential of using the primary air cooler was discussed,and it was pointed out that the main factors affecting its energy-saving effect.
