随着我国核电接入容量的扩大,研究合理的核电参与电力系统调度运行的方式具有重要意义。介绍了两种典型的核电运行方式,针对不同运行方式分别构建了相应的优化调度模型,提出了基于系统安全、环境、经济成本角度的评价指标,利用改进的帝国竞争算法对模型进行求解,根据解得的调度结果,对比核电两种运行方式对电力系统及核电机组本身的影响。仿真结果表明,核电可以在一定程度上参与系统调峰,会导致其节约能源的绝对量减少,并增加其运行成本,但对系统调峰安全、常规机组的煤耗率影响较小,并且具有更高的碳收益。
隨著我國覈電接入容量的擴大,研究閤理的覈電參與電力繫統調度運行的方式具有重要意義。介紹瞭兩種典型的覈電運行方式,針對不同運行方式分彆構建瞭相應的優化調度模型,提齣瞭基于繫統安全、環境、經濟成本角度的評價指標,利用改進的帝國競爭算法對模型進行求解,根據解得的調度結果,對比覈電兩種運行方式對電力繫統及覈電機組本身的影響。倣真結果錶明,覈電可以在一定程度上參與繫統調峰,會導緻其節約能源的絕對量減少,併增加其運行成本,但對繫統調峰安全、常規機組的煤耗率影響較小,併且具有更高的碳收益。

With the expansion of China's nuclear power access capacity,nuclear research of reasonable involved in the running of the power system scheduling become more important.In this paper,there are two typical op-eration of nuclear power,corresponding optimal scheduling model have been constructed for different operation modes.Also based on the evaluation of system security,the environment,economic cost perspective,accord-ing to the result of scheduling,the study compared the differences with two operation modes of the nuclear power systems and nuclear power generating units,with the improvement empire competitive algorithm to solve the model.Simulation results show that nuclear participating in the system to a certain extent peaking, may cause a decrease in the absolute amount of energy conservation,and increase its running costs.But it has a smaller impact for the system peaking safety and the consumption rate of the conventional unit,furthermore, higher carbon revenue has been reflected.
