冷轧卷取机卸卷时常发生卷取卸卷抽芯故障,导致钢卷卡在卷筒上难以卸卷,严重影响机组作业率。为解决此问题,对导致卷筒抽芯的主要原因进行了分析,并制定了解决方法和具体预防措施,对卸卷系统程序控制进行改进,有效减少了卸卷抽芯故障的发生。
冷軋捲取機卸捲時常髮生捲取卸捲抽芯故障,導緻鋼捲卡在捲筒上難以卸捲,嚴重影響機組作業率。為解決此問題,對導緻捲筒抽芯的主要原因進行瞭分析,併製定瞭解決方法和具體預防措施,對卸捲繫統程序控製進行改進,有效減少瞭卸捲抽芯故障的髮生。

The core pulling fault happens frequently in discharging cold rolled coils from the cold rolled coiler, which may cause the steel coil stuck on the coiler mandrel and make it difficult to coil the cold rolled coils and as a result the operation rate of the cold rolled strip mill train can be influenced badly. In order to solve this problem, the main reasons leading to the core pulling are analyzed and the solution for the problem and concrete preventive measures are made. After improving the process control of the coil-discharging system, the faults such as core-pulling are effectively reduced.
