分析了镁钙复合喷吹铁水脱硫过程中产生喷溅的原因,通过采取合理控制铁水罐净空、喷枪喷吹速度、喷枪插入深度等措施,减轻了脱硫过程的铁水喷溅程度,铁损由原来的大于42 kg/t铁降低到33 kg/t铁以下。
分析瞭鎂鈣複閤噴吹鐵水脫硫過程中產生噴濺的原因,通過採取閤理控製鐵水罐淨空、噴鎗噴吹速度、噴鎗插入深度等措施,減輕瞭脫硫過程的鐵水噴濺程度,鐵損由原來的大于42 kg/t鐵降低到33 kg/t鐵以下。

The causes leading to hot metal splashing during desulphurization using ma gne-sium and calcium co-injection method are analyzed. After taking such measures as reasonably controlling the clearance of hot metal ladle, injection speed and the insert depth of the lance, the splashing situation is improved and thus the hot metal consumption is reduced to less than 33 kg/t from more than 42 kg/t.
