介绍了鞍钢2580 m3高炉改造性大修,大修中保留了原有4座外燃式热风炉,耐火材料全部更新,使用直径30 mm的新型19孔格子砖,板式换热器对煤气、空气双预热到180℃。生产实践表明,热风风温达到1200℃,取得良好效果。
介紹瞭鞍鋼2580 m3高爐改造性大脩,大脩中保留瞭原有4座外燃式熱風爐,耐火材料全部更新,使用直徑30 mm的新型19孔格子磚,闆式換熱器對煤氣、空氣雙預熱到180℃。生產實踐錶明,熱風風溫達到1200℃,取得良好效果。
개소료안강2580 m3고로개조성대수,대수중보류료원유4좌외연식열풍로,내화재료전부경신,사용직경30 mm적신형19공격자전,판식환열기대매기、공기쌍예열도180℃。생산실천표명,열풍풍온체도1200℃,취득량호효과。
During overhaul of the 2580 m3 BF in Angang by revamping, four old external combustion type hot blast stoves are kept and all refractory materials for these hot stoves are re-newed and therefore gas and air can be preheated to 180 ℃ by using the new-type and 19-hole grid brick with diameter 30 mm and plate heat exchanger. The production practice shows that the hot blast temperature from hot stoves can reach to 1 200℃and good results are achieved.
