介紹瞭西門子飛剪控製繫統在鞍鋼冷連軋機組帶鋼生產線中的應用情況,以鞍鋼1450連軋機組西門子飛剪控製繫統為例,對飛剪繫統運行一箇週期的加速啟動、勻速運動和減速停車的全過程,以及剪刃間隙的調整原理等進行瞭詳細分析,以增加對西門子飛剪控製繫統的瞭解,有利于提高飛剪剪切精度。

The operations of the control sys tem for a flying shear developed by SIMENS in strip steel production line of the cold continuous rolling mill of Angang are introduced. Taking the SIMENS control system for the flying shear used by Angang 1450 continuous rolling mill as an ex-ample, the whole process of one operating cycle of the control system including accelerating start-up, constant moving and decelerating shut-down is analyzed in details, and the principle for ad-justing blade clearance is also analyzed in order to know the SIMENS control system for the flying shear well and the improve the accuracy of the flying shear.
