目前,智能变电站在国内电网开始大规模建设和投运,智能变电站二次装置及其调试、运行的标准化水平亟待提高,需要对智能变电站验收前的准备标准、二次设备调试和验收标准、SCD 文件的全过程管控、继电保护软压板管理作进一步规范。介绍青岛地区220 kV南京路变电站智能化改造工程二次装置现场调试、验收过程及发现的问题,提出对“智能变电站继电保护标准化”和“智能变电站二次系统配置规范管理”的探索经验。

At present, smart substations have begun to be constructed and put into operation on a large-scale in the domestic grid. The standardization of secondary devices and its debugging and operation of intelligent substation needs to be improved greatly. Specification needs to be perfect further for smart substation, including the prepare standards before acceptance, the debugging and acceptance standards of secondary equipment, the whole process control of SCD file and soft plate management of relay protection. The intelligent renovation project about on-site debugging and acceptance of secondary devices is introduced in Nanjing Road 220 kV substation. Some problems are found out. The exploration experience about standardization of smart substation relay protection and standardized management for the configuration of secondary system in smart substation are proposed.
