针对电动汽车用新型绕组开路型永磁电机调速系统中,由于共模电压而引起的零序电流和峰值电流等问题,提出一种基于矢量控制的新型绕组开路型永磁电机共模电压(common-mode voltage,CMV)抑制技术。将一台永磁同步电机定子绕组两端开路,再分别连接一个标准的两电平电压型逆变器,这样可以等效为三电平逆变器驱动;通过选择基本电压空间矢量来抑制由双逆变器结构产生的共模电压,从而消除定子电流中的零序电流分量;最后通过仿真和实验验证该方案的可行性;结果表明,借助于永磁电机的绕组开路结构,该新型绕组开路型电机调速系统可有效地抑制共模电压,不仅定子电流纹波含量小,转速稳定,而且具有良好的稳态运行性能。

The presence of common-mode voltage (CMV) for a novel open-end winding permanent-magnetic motor speed control system can produce zero sequence current and peak current. This paper proposed the vector control system of a novel open-end winding permanent-magnetic motor eliminating CMV. The open-winding motor is obtained by opening the neutral point of the star connected to stator windings of permanent-magnetic motor, and both sides of the stator windings are connected to a two-level voltage source inverter, which is then equivalent to the three-level inverter drive. The CMV generated by dual inverter can be eliminated by switching only the voltage space vector combinations which do not produce the CMV. In that case, zero-sequence current is avoided. Finally, the simulation and experiment results verified the feasibility of such a scheme. It shows that the new motor speed control system can eliminate the CMV, obtain low stator current ripple content and low speed ripple, and has a good steady-state operation performance.
