可靠性是直流输电系统的重要性能参数,它主要取决于系统的电路拓扑结构和直流输电设备的可靠性。为提高特高压直流输电系统的可靠性,开展如下研究工作:通过状态合并方法,将特高压直流输电系统的运行状态简化为“运行(包括部分运行)”和“双极停运”两种状态,以简化系统的可靠性模型;基于Monte Carlo方法对特高压直流输电系统的可靠性进行定量评估;基于灵敏度分析方法,找出影响特高压直流输电系统可靠度的主要因素;基于各直流输电子系统可靠性指标提高单位百分点需要付出不同经济代价的假设,定量分配各直流输电子系统的可靠性指标,从而使整个直流输电系统因可靠性提高而付出的额外经济代价最小。经过分析可知,简化系统可靠性模型的计算误差是可接受的,满足工程应用需求。

Reliability is an essential parameter for high voltage direct current (HVDC) system. The reliability parameter of an HVDC system depends on the circuit topology of system configurations and the reliability of HVDC transmission equipments. In order to enhance the reliability of ultra HVDC (UHVDC) system, the following work was done. Firstly, the operational state of an UHVDC system was simplified to contain only 2 states instead of 5 states. Secondly, the reliability of an UHVDC system was assessed by Monte Carlo simulation method. Thirdly, the main factors to impact system reliability were found out by sensitivity analysis. Finally, the reliability indices of the whole UHVDC system under study were allocated to each UHVDC subsystem so as to minimize the total costs, considering the extra expense caused by the demand for reliability indices increasing. Analysis conclusion shows that the calculation errors due to modeling simplification is negligible and the model is feasible for reliably evaluation.
