电网电压跌落时海上风电系统无功补偿容量的需求,是确定海上风电系统无功补偿方案的关键。基于海上风电系统的典型拓扑建立了海上风电系统的功率传输模型,在此基础上分析了电网电压跌落时,风电场有功功率、无功功率以及电网电压跌落幅值对海上风电系统的无功补偿容量的影响,以确定海上风电系统无功补偿方案。最后对一个具体的海上风电场进行 PSCAD 仿真分析,结果表明:电网电压跌落的幅值、电网电压跌落时风电场输出的有功功率和无功功率对海上风电系统的无功补偿容量有着重要的影响,并因此而影响海上风电系统的动态过程控制。

The requirement of reactive power compensation capacity for offshore wind power systems is the key to determine the reactive power compensation scheme of offshore wind power systems when the grid voltage sags.Based on the typical topology of offshore wind power systems,the paper established the power transmis-sion model of offshore wind power systems,on the basis of which effects that the wind farm active power,re-active power and the amplitude of grid voltage sag have on reactive power compensation capacity of offshore wind power systems when the grid voltage sagged was analyzed to determine reactive power compensation scheme of offshore wind power systems.Finally,the results of PSCAD simulation analysis for a specific off-shore wind farm showed that the amplitude of grid voltage sag,output active power and reactive power of wind farms when the grid voltage sagged had an important influence on reactive power compensation capacity of off-shore wind power systems ,and thus affect the dynamic process control of offshore wind power systems.
